According to the 2010 Census, White Center is made up of 60% communities of color, namely Asian and Pacific Islander (24.4%), Latino (21.5%) and African American (8.6%). The top languages spoken here include English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Khmer/Cambodian, Tigrinya, Amharic, Arabic, Somali and Samoan.

    It’s so nice to see that White Center is getting the props that it deserves. I was born a raised in Seattle and of all of the neighborhoods in the city, White Center has always seemed like home. The community, the people, all the culturally different businesses makes White Center the place to be. If you don’t know where White Center is you need to check it out…..you don’t know what you’re missing!!!!
