Staffing Fees:

$30/hr. per staff member

A minimum one-hour staffing fee is required with your rental.

Rentals outside of 9 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday are subject to hourly staffing fees for the rental time frame.

Facility Consultations for $50/hr.

Refundable Security Deposits:

Without alcohol: $200

+$100 per each additional space

If serving alcohol: $450

+$100 per each additional space

Wedding packages without alcohol: $500

Wedding packages with alcohol: $750
