Planning a special event is all about the details. Our rental rates offer superior value, and our friendly staff will provide professional service and personalized attention.
Room Rates:
Multipurpose Room: $120 per hr. (4 hour minimum)
Assembly Room: $60 per hr. (3 hour minimum)
SMART Classrooms: $50 per hr. (3 hour minimum)
Boardroom: $40 per hr. (3 hour minimum)
Catering Kitchen: $100 flat rate
Staffing Fees:
$30/hr. per staff member
A minimum one-hour staffing fee is required with your rental. Rentals outside of 9 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday are subject to hourly staffing fees for the rental time frame.
Facility Consultations for $50/hr.
Refundable Security Deposits:
Without alcohol: $200
+$100 per each additional space
If serving alcohol: $450
+$100 per each additional space
Wedding packages without alcohol: $500
Wedding packages with alcohol: $750
Rental Hours:
Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 am
